Rapidly progressed through series of lead positions with increasing responsibilities based on exemplary performance and proven leadership abilities. Manage 30+ employees including updating SOPs, delivering training, monitoring performance, and creating schedules to ensure proper staff coverage 24/7. Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approval, resolve problems, and maintain specific level of knowledge to new developments, task efforts, procedures and safety requirements. Work in conjunction with various levels of hospital management and union coordinators; maintain up-to-date knowledge of radiologic technologies and safety procedure. Approve the selection of capital assets and submit and analyze departmental budges. Provide stellar customer service.
