Daily Duties at Pratt & Whitney:

 Facilitate the successful completion of military-funded research and development projects by managing portfolio of approximately $12MM and managed 7 teams with 35 indirect reports, and playing active project management role.  Demonstrate effective management and administrative skills by coaching teams to complete projects on time and ahead of schedule, creating and presenting financial and achievement reports per government guidelines, and conducting activity-based costing and manpower estimates.  Bolster strong relationships with government clients by ensuring compliance with US Government International Traffic in Arms and Export Administration Regulations, avoiding fines.
