Daily Duties at A Shot Building:
As owner of business I was responsible for working with customer to understand his needs/desires, to work with architects, designers, draftsmen and engineers to provide customer with quality and affordable product. Get all necessary permits and finalize construction plans to complete the project. As a general contractor I was responsible oversight of a construction site, managing vendors and subcontractors and communication of information to involved parties throughout the course of building projects. I was responsible for work to be done correctly and in time to keep the coast down and quality up. As a owner of business I was responsible for all aspects of construction projects.
