Daily Duties at International Technologies:

Managing oversees projects for DOE. International technologies is responsible for; 1. locating WMD institutes in FSU. 2. Making initial contacts with appropriate person in institute, It is usually CEO or VP. 3. Convincing them of our wright intentions, because most of this people still live in a cold war mentality. 4. Find a topic that we have common interests, technical and financial by pulling together scientists and engineers of institute. 5. locate industrial partner in US for project and convince them to be part of it 6. Start developing technical part of a project itself and after it was done to move it through the DOE system to be financed. 7. When financing approved we start process of finalizing it through ISTC or STCU depending of a country we are working. 8. After project starts International Technologies is responsible for remotely managing a project and solving issues that come up during project execution,travel to project site over the life of project to meet with project team and management to solve issues before they become problems, if there are any. 9. From the very beginning of the project part of International Technologies responsibilities are to start communication with government officials where the project located to ensure that every thing is done by local laws and government is happy with what we are doing. This is accomplished by involving them (if necessary) in decision making process and keeping them apprised of what is going on. 10. International Technologies is responsible for all aspects of success of GIPP projects.
