Daily Duties at Ca:
Strategically directed the client services program and all project teams serving domestic and international DOD accounts valued at $50MM annually. Developed the annual strategic plan and budget, and oversaw all daily operations and client projects to ensure compliance to fiscal and value added customer satisfaction controls. Cultivated dynamic relationships with senior level management, IT team, staff, vendors, major clients and business partners to facilitate productivity, profitability and daily operations. • Received company recognition for established baseline Program/Project Management Office (PMO) practices. • Received company recognition year on year for being in the top ten groups internationally. Held #1 and #2 positions for 4 out of the eight years of my employment. Deploy over 50 complex infrastructure applications to DOD, military customers for Service Desk, Network management, Security, Asset Management and Software Delivery application solutions
