Deploy ITSM Remedy Service Desk, Asset, Configuration Management applications to various customers such as Freddie Mac, US Postal Service, Federal Reserve, Edwards Air Force Base and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB). on various platforms such as Unix, Linux and Windows environment with web base services. Set global departmental backbone strategies aligned to company mission and dynamic business objectives. Performed multi-client product customization and service environment serving all BMC customers. Directly performed all best practices and client technology decisions including platforms, architecture, services, development oversight, change management, and ongoing client support. Assessed progress of assigned projects or programs and keeping records of schedules, cost estimates and performance supportability; provided ongoing financial progress reporting
