Daily Duties at Bae:
Provided Program Management oversight for the Program/Project Management Office (PMO) business practice at BAE for the Department of Homeland Security/Transportation Security Agency (TSA) OASIS $100 million program. Also monitored the projects to determine whether they were progressing on time, within budget, and in accord with approved contract plans and specifications. • Implemented Program/Project Management Office (PMO) for DHS practice which established policies and procedures that was used for other programs reducing start up time for new program initiation and setup by 25%. • Implement Service Management process for DHS practice which established policies for technical project deployment. . Use CMMI, ITIL, PMI Methodologies for project management control and SDLC documentation
