Daily Duties at Treasure Coast Hospice:
Managed and coordinated the day to day operations of patient care in the Skilled Nursing Facilities. Educated, mentored and coached field staff to ensure excellence in customer service and high level staff performance. Assigned staff to care for patients utilizing the appropriate staffing levels, led and coordinated the effectiveness of pharmaceuticals, supplies and Durable Medical Equipment. Served as the liaison between Directors and staff to ensure that all stake holders' needs were met and promoted consistency on the team in the area of accountability, adherence to policy and procedures, punctuality and absenteeism.
