Daily Duties at Treasure Coast Hospice:
Responsible for the operations and management of the support services department which covered Crisis care, Evening and Week-end support and On-Call services. Provide clinical staffing for Crisis Care patients, provided supervision for week-end activities and supplied the agency with staff after hours. Developed processes and policies to streamline Support Services and provide efficiency with hand off to the clinical teams.
