Daily Duties at Treasure Coast Hospice:

Responsible for the management and direction of the largest team in the agency, providing day to day oversight of patient care delivery and customer service. Maintained collaboration with all partners in the service area including Martin County hospitals, SNFs and Assisted Living Residences(ALFs). Presided over a budget of over $12 million dollars, and responsible for the supply cost, and resource management of the team. Ensures that policies and procedures are followed in accordance with agency guidelines.
