PT Office Administrator / Manager Jackson Hewitt Lincolnwood, IL December 2012 to April 2013 •Obtained 2013 “Ptin” and 18 hours worth of tax course CPE accreditation. •Studied and prepared tax solutions to for State & Federal taxes. •Balance sheet; maintenance, processing, and, balancing. •Used reporting tools to pull information as requested. •Profit and loss reporting, benchmarked, retained earnings, and utilized such ratios as; collection period ratio, debt to equity ratio, quick ratio and average ratio. •Prepared and ran batches specifically for 1040ezs, 1040s & 1040x filing; single, HOH, MFJ, MFS, or QW, with w-2s, w-2gs, & forms 1099s, 1099-misc(s), 1099-G, 1099-R, SSA-1099, 1098s, 8606, 5498, 5754. •Facilitated the various benefit processes such as loan defaulters.
