Daily Duties at Liberty Mutual Group:
Member of team of 4 that established ITIL Service Management at Liberty Mutual. Developed core processes for Incident, Problem and Change. Supported the development of a CMDB. Provided input on the development of CIO, CTO and business reporting and metrics. Developed workflow and process guide for managing "SWAT" incidents. Collaborated with manager and team members to develop priority and severity definitions and communicate and train the entreprise on ITIL Service Management. responsible for the coordination of technical and business resources during major incidents. Responsible for providing status updates to Sr Leadership Responsible for insuring service was restored asap via temporary or permanent resolution. Work closely with IT teams to develop problem "permanent resolution" tasks and implementation plan.
