Daily Duties at Xo Communications, Llc:
Scheduled and follow up with customers regarding settlements and resolution to disputes of outstanding delinquent balances, to ensure that their issues have been addressed by using formal and informal methods. Entered in disputes for major customers in our disputes management tool. Completed major projects to insure revenue increase which included but not limited to the following: SECABs (electronic billing) set up for majority of our customers. Negotiated and documented payment arrangements with delinquent customers, coordinate payment schedules and process customer payments with high level executives and sales. Place delinquent accounts on Credit Hold when applicable. Staffed the ACD to ensure that a collection representative is available to assist customers outside Collection Group toll free number. Maintained Carrier Collections top accounts watch list, Bad debt write-off list and Bad debt high risk list being worked by Legal and the Dispute Team. Assisted with forecasting monthly cash and bad debt goals. Ability to define problems, collected data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions regarding delinquent accounts. Created a one-stop-shop experience for XO internal and external customers. Assisted in corrections to our billing systems to insure all customers’ information is correct; address and company name changes, ACNA changes. Completed and researched adjustments/ balance transfers for all customers in the Billing Management Tool. Managed and collected on account Portfolio ranging from $700K - $3.8 Million. Business Service Collection-Premier National Accounts (PNA) Representative Collected worked customer call list in Catch Collections system to contact delinquent accounts. Used COE, TBS, and Remedy to verify status of account. Used Single view to verify balances, force close cancelled accounts. Called and emailed customers about past due balances. Assisted the customer with getting disputes resolved. Identify and prioritize issue impacting payment. Processed Account Histories for Customers to find the delinquent balances. Provided weekly updates for Carrier top 30 accounts to upper management. Researched and resolved retail commercial billing disputes. Suspended,cancelled,restored service for nonpayment(s) Collected on Strategic, Tier 1 and Tier 2 delinquent accounts.
