Daily Duties at Harley Davidson Finance Corp:

Responsible for collecting First Payment Default (FPD) delinquent accounts by phone or correspondence. Handle complex customer cases that require deviation from standard routines and procedures. Assist with training and identifying areas for improvement. Use computerized system for tracking, information gather and/or troubleshooting. Assigns accounts to repossession agencies, skip tracing or in person collection activity. Able to work under pressure, while demonstrating the ability to collaborate within a team while exercising independent judgment and initiative. Handle dealer/customer inquiries via phone, research and resolve pending credit issues. Process customer(s) payments via I-Portal Bill Matrix (debit, credit card, e-Checks) Responsible for making complex credit decisions on loans, using criteria from the automated credit scoring system to determine if customer would be approved for deferred extension(s) based on their payment history, delinquency status and/or hardship.
