Daily Duties at Treasure Coast Hospice:

Served as the Chief Nursing Officer providing, guidance and direction to the interdisciplinary team in meeting the needs of patients and families in accordance with hospice guidelines, policies and philosophy of care. Built, developed and managed the clinical leadership team to be capable of carrying out operations strategies, maintaining and nurturing a highly competent, motivated and productive team. Provided oversight for all clinical/clinical -related departments (which totaled over 300 employees) in the coordination and administration of clinical services, the direction of patient care activities, and day-to-day operations to include compliance, resource management, program development, training/mentoring, research, financial management and strategic planning/implementation. As a member of the executive team, carried out administrative, management functions and oversight in the absence of the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer.
