Daily Duties at Too Much Fun/Halloween :
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and evaluating store managers and key employees for twelve to fourteen seasonal retail stores as well as two year-round locations. Responsible for heavy cash handling responsibilities including deposit pick-ups and bank deposits. Conduct safe and cash register audits. Oversee store build outs, maintenance and general repairs. Responsible for full P&L for territory. Manage 200-300 seasonal supervisors and employees.
