Daily Duties at Crossmark:
Manage multi-unit company operations in California, Nevada and Alaska providing exclusive food and beverage demos in Sam’s Club. Travel as needed to work with and support location supervisors to ensure compliance with company policies and expected sales goals. Work with all company support teams (Field Support, Recruiting, Payroll, Client Services, etc.) to improve field operations. Build positive relationships with Sam’s Club managers and support staff. Manage 13 full-time supervisors with responsibility for approximately 300 part-time employees.
