Daily Duties at Angiotech:

Handled all employee relations through counseling. Trained all employees in Sexual Harassment, workers' compensation, customer service, OSHA and payroll and supervisory training. Worked closely with payroll department in verifying amounts, increases and all employee status changes utilizing the ADP HR and Payroll system. Attended unemployment hearings. Developed and implemented a new leave program changing from vacation and sick leave to Paid Time Off (PTO). Developed and implemented Employee Handbook. Attended all manager meetings working closely with all departmental managers in the plant and corporate headquarters. Assisted employees in manufacturing and shipping parts when necessary.
