Daily Duties at United States Marine Corps:

Senior Management and personnel supervisor for a staff of 25 people responsible for ensuring quality support to three Marine Corps Reserve units totaling over 200 people involved in worldwide civil-military operations. Oversight of all aspects of staff performance, performance evaluation, progressive discipline, mediation of staff disputes, and grievance procedures in accordance with Marine Corps regulations. Leadership in the setting and achieving of strategic and organizational goals.
