Daily Duties at Powerwave Tech:

• Manage development of Wireless products such as Power Amplifier, Repeaters Technologies, Element Management Systems. • Manage the software (embedded/FPGA/Application) and Hardware (DSP/ARM) engineering organizations in U.S. & India • Manage the New Product Introduction into manufacturing for the above products • Develop, review and approve project requirements, budget, plans and participate in customer review meeting. • Develop and implement the Powerwave’s Technologies Embedded system architecture and road map • Develop, establish and manage off-shore for special product development in Greece and Israel. • Personnel Management: objective & goal setting, reward and recognition, peer review • Develop and manage market entry strategy for Powerwave Element Management System including sales training material
