Daily Duties at Bravo Tech (Dba Bti Wireless):
• Manage the development of products consisting of RF Power Amplifier/Boosters, Distributed Antenna System (DAS) and Element Management systems. • Manage a multi discipline engineering organization including Embedded Software, hardware and mechanical located both in U.S and China, • Manage the development process consisting of design review, system architecture, resources assignments & budget • Manage the transition of the product into NPI and manufacturing in China. • Develop and manage manufacturing process, System test and quality metrics for the DAS product • Design and manage the DAS product architecture and requirements to meet worldwide market demands. • Manage the ISO audits and compliancy for the DAS product organization • Develop and implement the BTI’s technology road map to align with BTI’s world product strategy. • Pro-actively work with other corporate executives to establish and manage infrastructure, policies and procedures • Personnel Management: objective & goal setting, reward and recognition, peer review
