Daily Duties at Css Antenna :

• Manage all Engineering & manufacturing aspects of the DAS product line including market research, concept designs, cost analysis, production and logistics • Work closely with sales and marketing organizations to capture and support customer demands. • Manage the transition of the product from development into Manufacturing • Pro-Actively work with manufacturing in ensuring high 1st pass yield and assist in resolving manufacturing yield issues • Manage the introduction and implementation of ISO standard processes across CSS Antenna • Develop, review and approve requirements, budgets, plans and staff assignment and management • Develop and implement the CSS Antenna Advanced Integrated Antenna technology road map • Pro-actively work with other corporate executives to establish and manage infrastructure, policies and procedures and budgets
