Daily Duties at Ditbe:

Coordinate the Full Developmental Cycle and the strategic and financial goals of multiple projects with multiple departments. Initiated Referral Services in the implementation and achievement of these goals. Ensured communication and information flow throughout the organization is efficiently managed to provide employees and managers with current, job-related information. Negotiate service level agreements with both internal and external customers and service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure the agreed targets and standards are met. Develop Information Technology strategy in support of the company’s mission and core objectives. Responsible for managing the resources of large projects. Managing large Software Development projects, Networking projects, IT installations conversions, managed resources. Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization. Broad knowledge of information technology processing systems, concepts, and methodologies. Support and mentor senior managers and managers in all aspects of company growth, specifically through strategic and operational planning guidance and by ensuring that required infrastructure and support services are in place. Established individual performance expectations for direct reports and regularly evaluated their performance against organizational objectives. Develop, implement and communicate the quality strategy and programs, including quality assurance, and, on a broader basis, total quality management, throughout the organization. • Promote recognition of quality programs among customers. • Direct and control the QA activities of multiple functional areas and manufacturing sites. • Manage all contact with the FHA and marketing partners concerning Field Alerts, Recalls or regulatory actions. • Manage Health inspections and audits from regulatory authorities. Marketing partners and provide follow-up responses for all aspects of the business. • Organize internal investigations and assure complete and accurate documentation. • Review and approve documents as required, including protocols, reports, document changes, etc. • Work collaboratively with both internal and external clients and with regulatory agencies to resolve quality issues and maintain lodging compliance. • Promote positive work environment by communicating clear direction on corporate goals. • Mentor managers and supervisors in leadership, career and succession planning. • Ensure Executive Management is kept abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities, as well as actions being taken to improve the situation. • Drive change and continuous improvement in quality programs throughout the organization. • Perform various other duties as assigned
