Directed and supervised all aspects of operations and management for a $150 million direct response manufacturing and marketing company in the areas of IT, customer service, media buying, inventory control, manufacturing, order processing, fulfillment, packaging, and human resources. Spearheaded company staff comprised of 150 employees; provided leadership in handling a team of eight senior-level professionals, including managers and corporate directors. Streamlined departmental goals and objectives, including budget optimization and human resources administration.
