Daily Duties at Rbg:
In charge of managing projects from beginning to end and have ability to manage multiple projects running at the same time so ability to multi-task while remaining very organized is critical. Work closely with the account manager and client team members to ascertain a full understanding of the client's business requirements in relation to Supply proper project close outs. Work with the software product support specialists (including technical writers to ensure proper documentation. Work with Software and Web Developers and the QA team to ensure business requirements are met. Managed Software Delivery Cycle to ensure the proposed timeline and budgets are met. Translate client requirements into highly specified project briefs and Business Requirements Documents. Utilize proper Methodology to manage projects. Present proposals to clients and mentor and coach less experience project managers. Direct dealing with third party telecommunication companies to get the project completed. Establish appropriate quality metrics to measure productive using project management tools.
