Managed (as part of a project team) several large-scale commercial construction projects and corporate campus construction projects. Collaborated with clients, multi-disciplined project teams, and sub-consultants to facility successful and timely project delivery. Coordinated with multiple subcontractors, writing RFP/RFQs, and sales of consulting services to "C - Level" management. Performed construction costs audits and feasibility analysis as well as property tax & cost segregation studies, asset classification, ROI studies, construction cost consulting, cost estimating, due diligence reports for the following project: Coulter Pharmaceuticals; Exodus Communications; Sun Microsystems Angews Campus, Santa Clara, CA; Franklin Templeton Peninsula Campus, San Mateo, CA
