RR Donnelley is a company that has grown through acquisitions, 17+ to be exact, therefore as a consultant it was my responsibility to analyze all company platforms to critically assess areas for business sales expansion reporting to the COO. I spent a year travelling to 20 plant production sites to understand all facets of each unit of business. After which, I was assigned to work with our sales team on Fortune 500 accounts to facilitate a cohesive solution that combined our core competencies based that fit the client’s needs. We implemented specific solutions offered through RR Donnelley company services. I also engaged in market research & prospecting to identify new business opportunities for packaging, in particular the toy market.
