Daily Duties at Colonial Life:
As a recruiter I am responsible for providing sourcing support to Public Sector Managers & Assistant Managers within the Territory of Los Angeles County. I identify qualified candidates, conduct pre-screening interviews, and in-person interviews. Through extensive research and geographical analysis of our existing account base, I have strategically recruited and placed agents in locations of low penetration levels to increase our sales. As an instructor I have had to create a training curriculum where it was previously absent. Upon weeks of study, I lead our team in creating a training manual to guide and track new agent success for their first 90 days. Monthly, I conduct sales training workshops for new and existing agents. Within my role as a recruiter and instructor, I also play an integral role in the business strategy for our team. I have developed techniques and actions for our managers to adapt to grow our new and existing sales.
