Managed (under direct supervision of CEO) the successful launch of Energy Upgrade California; the critical, high-profile market transformational, first of its kind, residential home performance energy initiative program for 4 of California’s largest utilities. Led the nation’s largest energy efficiency program; directed budgets; technology adaptation and integration; performed workforce development, developed internal controls and implemented QA/QC policy. Coordinated directly with regional and local government partners and national agencies on largest energy conservation program in the nation; built and maintained collaborative relationship with clients, stakeholders and cross-functional team members. Directed $3M administration budget, controlled access to over $90M of direct and rebate incentives on behalf of utilities; help shape statewide programs for utility portion of @$400M Energy Upgrade California Program.
