Member of a team of 5 providing direct technical support to field service Engineers in the United States. Responsibilities: Direct support for Reuters Engineers requesting assistance with client site issues Maintaining a complete Reuters software library Prompt resolution of client site service affecting issues. Monitoring and distributing Technical Operation Notices to engineers where required. Production of ad hoc reports as requested by manager. Building test equipment to replicate client site issues.
