Daily Duties at Thomson Reuters:

Coaching and mentoring of team members to improve knowledge and confidence. Accurately diagnosing technical faults in a timely manner by resolving complex technical issues relating to networking, delivery, server failures, and desktop configuration problems raised by client IT staff or Reuters technical account managers. Advising client or internal sales people on installations, upgrades or reconfigurations to correct existing issues. Interpreting client system error logs to determine the best course of action to correct a client s problem. Liaising with 2nd and 3rd line groups to effectively resolve client issues in a timely manner. Projects include maintenance of internal infrastructure. Planning and implementation of a test lab for replicating client site issues. Non-Technical Projects include developing and delivering a training courses to clarify support strategy for the technical support agents.
