Daily Duties at Total E&P Angola:

Shutdown Planning/Preparation Function under pressure and adhere to very challenging time lines and schedules. Compliance with all company standards, procedures and international policies. Ability to work and lead a multi national, multi language work force. Review the Shutdown Planning Processes and procedures, identify, develop, implement and control improvements opportunities for issues in processes and procedures. Maintain accurate records of SD related issues of performance and non performance issues and communicate with other Company Functional departments. Analyze schedules, identify risks and areas for improvement and provide recommendations. Analyze and prepare comprehensive documentation, reports and presentations. Ensure that all reports and records comply with company standards and internal policies and procedures. Insure all leader-men are performing duties in a timely manner following the Shutdown sequencing plan. On sight verification of all installed blinds, spades, connections, hoses and manifolds are correctly placed and identified. Verification of depressurization, draining, isolation, degassing / inerting, and ventilation before opening lines or vessel entry hatches.
