Daily Duties at Forrest Solutions:
- Provide Desktop/Help Desk technical support for Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer & managers at Forrest Solutions Also provide Desktop/Help Desk technical support for 1000 users in various companies specializing in media (NY Magazine), real estate (Related, Argo), media distributers (Mitchell’s NY) and professional outsourcing/staffing (Forrest Solutions) - Desktop support of Active Directory, Citrix (console, remoting, user management) - Workstation Imaging, using Acronis, Symantec Ghost - Preparing and configuring Microsoft Office 365 - Email migration and cutover from Bullhorn to Exchange Outlook 2007 - Troubleshooting printers (HP, Xerox), Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, and Android mobile devices - Maintaining company hardware and various PC software - Working with various ticketing systems such as HelpStar Desk and Autotask Desk. - Creating/maintaining user accounts, distribution lists, changing passwords, creating policies in Active Directory - Deploying PC/MAC workstations, supporting phone (Avaya), and video conferencing equipment. - Provide backup technical support to FSG/FSG/FSS clients - Supervised project of client network cutover - Configured & troubleshot iPhone, Android & BlackBerry phones - PC connect/disconnects - Break/Fix PC & laptops
