Daily Duties at Amerisource Bergen:
Hire, train and supervise the day to day activities for the NRC Support Staff (Currently 4 Direct Reports). Transformation Coordination ‑ Coordinate efforts for the NRC transformation to a new ABC Software format (SAP). Developed training materials for the Associates to learn SAP functions. Maintain NRC Compliance – Maintain, Review, Update documentation as it relates to NRC Compliance for Sarbains-Oxley (SOX), Business Continuity Procedures (BCP) and the Narcotic Ordering Process (C2) Process. Manage Data Mining for internal and external reports for accuracy and distribution using MS Access, Micro Strategy Web and Desk Top and Strategy. Train Associates on the use of Departmental Software; Excel, MS Access, Micro Strategy Web and Desk Top, Manhattan and Associates for iSeries (MARS) and AS400 Query tool. Research, write and maintain a Pandemic Readiness Plan for the NRC. Manage Department expenses. Created procedures and Processes to better utilize current technology and to distribute Reports and communication throughout the department.
