Daily Duties at Ameri Source:
Manage all aspects of the Purchasing Assistants (16 Direct Reports). Managed system pricing for purchasing of products from all Suppliers. Managed DEA Narcotic purchasing Process for consolidated purchasing centers. Trained Assistants and Buyers in the use of the Purchasing Software and NRC Procedures. Coordinate the consolidation of Purchasing for 7 Purchasing Centers into one Purchasing Center. Assigned tasks to Associates, staffed projects, tracked progress and updated managers as necessary.
