Opened personal and business accounts, handled teller transactions, and resolved complex customer service issues. Sold/cross-sold bank products and services such as auto loans, home loans and lines of credit, personal and business loans and lines of credit. Specialize in cross-selling Home Equity line of Credit as well Smart-Refinance’s. Cross sold over $450,000 in home Equity lines alone in 2011. Broadened my knowledge, and progressed into smart refinances in 2012. Received recognition from bank management and customers for the excellent service I provide. Consistently met and exceeded sales goals
