Daily Duties at Lectra:
• Manage software portfolio development, QA/validation, customer support. • Improve, implement agile methodologies in software portfolio development and validation. Introduce SCRUM in the development process. • Collaborate with Lectra software teams in Bordeaux, Spain, Hong Kong, Atlanta. • Take on additional responsibilities, including co-project manager of new software development, product manager of legacy software. Supervise 14 professionals in several functional teams during this time. Conduct performance reviews twice annually.
