District Manager – 9/2012 – 4/2013 District - 7 facilities in Atmore, Greenville, Monroeville, Brewton, Evergreen, Mobile, & Jackson, AL. Directly oversee and manage a staff of 85. This staff includes 7 managers and supervisors. Manage the budgets, P&L, human resources, etc… for the entire district. Manage the sales cycle for continued business relationships within the region. Account Development – New Accounts - 3/2012 – 9/2012 Assist Felder Management and Directors with the start-up of new facilities. Oversee the training, scheduling, budgeting, human resources, hiring, & customer relations management. Director of Environmental Services - 1/2011 – 3/2012 Environmental Services Director in Training - 10/2010 – 1/2011 Environmental Services Operations Manager / Supervisor - 2/2010 – 10/2010
