Daily Duties at Aramark Uniform Services:
Territory includes Southern - MS, AL, and FL Panhandle. Outstanding customer service including customer retention, prompt, courteous & professional service, & resolve all customer complaints within the assigned geographic area of the Market Center, & District. Responsible for maintaining satisfactory Market Center targets for growth, sales averages, merchandise management, credits, etc., & managing the Route Sales Employees. Also responsible for the timeliness & accuracy of all paperwork & reports flowing from the District office. Make direct service calls and resolve service problems. Carry out company’s Quality Control Monitoring program & achieve or exceed customer targets. Responsible for maintaining satisfactory Market Center targets for growth, sales averages, merchandise management, etc. Proactively follow up on accounts in jeopardy & be knowledgeable of the competition in the area. Identifying growth areas & retaining 100% of the district’s customers. Develop & supervise the Route Sales Employees. Provide appropriate training. Recruit, select, train, & develop a qualified personnel staff.
