 Provided Human Resource support and organizational structure management support, including coaching, year-end and mid-year performance reviews, tracking, differentiation, salary adjustments, equity awards, and more.  Led multiple projects and processes for Merck Manufacturing Division: Headcount tracking, vacancy reporting and analysis, profit planning for Quality Operations, special events, space planning and facilities management.  Prepared training program materials and coordinated global training, negotiated and worked directly with outside vendors (e.g. Franklin Covey, Gordon Training, and SkillSoft Inc.).  Provided exceptional support to the Sr. Director, U.S. Pharmaceuticals Public Affairs with effective internal communications including letters, emails, bulletins and web cast management for global communications.  Trained as highly effective TIS and cGMP facilitator; developed and implemented Merck computer systems training globally.  Served as Acculturation Program Manager for Vaccine & Sterile manufacturing operations.  Managed Operational Excellence initiative support for VP & Senior Directors while managing all budgetary reconciliations and serving as key member of Profit Plan team.
