Daily Duties at Strategy Realization / Training & Development:

 Aligned roles with learning objectives at our Durham, NC manufacturing site and created learning maps for employees at all levels.  Developed, revised and coordinated our “core” training programs and facilitation across our Biologics, Vaccines & Sterile Manufacturing network.  Managed recruitment and onboarding of new and transferred employees, contractors and consultants; utilized multiple staffing agencies and managed process and cost.  Fostering change management and implemented inclusion efforts while evaluating existing organizational structures and providing guidance to implement path forward.  Monitored and tracked the Training & Development profit plan and aggressively managed controllable spending accounts, including pay and benefits, outside contractors, services and supplies.
