Daily Duties at Strategy Realization / Training & Development:
Aligned roles with learning objectives at our Durham, NC manufacturing site and created learning maps for employees at all levels. Developed, revised and coordinated our “core” training programs and facilitation across our Biologics, Vaccines & Sterile Manufacturing network. Managed recruitment and onboarding of new and transferred employees, contractors and consultants; utilized multiple staffing agencies and managed process and cost. Fostering change management and implemented inclusion efforts while evaluating existing organizational structures and providing guidance to implement path forward. Monitored and tracked the Training & Development profit plan and aggressively managed controllable spending accounts, including pay and benefits, outside contractors, services and supplies.
