• Served as a manager, counselor, and coach for a team of 25 individuals • Managed daily operations, scheduled staff assignments, supervised staff, and coached/consulted individuals’ personal issues • Provided counseling, feedback, and coaching sessions for individuals with physical, mental, and/or social issues
