Developed and maintained state-specific and national licensure & certification examinations (meeting daily with State Commissioners). • Strategic planning and updating of licensing & certification exams • Exam development (i.e., job analysis, test specifications, SME exam reviews, test assembly, & technical documentation) • Product research & design (including item analysis, validation studies, cut score analyses, & EEOC analysis) • Test industry consulting of C-Suite Executives • Designed job analysis surveys and validation manuals • Created 1st 360-feedback performance appraisal process at PSI (as a side task)
