Daily Duties at Washington State Community Services Division :
Novell network engineer, Information technology director, network engineer, data security administrator, system integrity, user support, data backup, and help desk director. I was responsible for setting up user accounts and removing them, setting up software accesses, patching desktops and servers, backing up server data, and updating virus protection. I was responsible to ensure the security of data, servers and other IT equipment.
