Responsible for the overall operations, management, and financial success of One Sansome Street, a 43-story, 739,000 square foot office tower. One Sansome is a joint venture between BPG and Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI). Oversaw the following building team/staff: administrative assistant, assistant property manager, engineer team (4), security team (9), day porters (3), evening janitorial team (10).
