Daily Duties at Debevoise & Plimpton:

Served as corporate legal assistant for 6 partners and 10 associates. Provided full range of support services for one of the largest private equity firms in New York and its 5 investment vehicles and 15 portfolio companies and participated in all facets of corporate matters, including corporate housekeeping, attending team meetings, preparing document schedules, responding to staffing requests, drafting documents, assisting at closings, maintaining post-closing records, preparing client invoices and attending limited partner meetings and other special events.
