Daily Duties at Glast, Phillips & Murray, P.C.:
Full range of support services for multiple attorneys including: setup and coordination of meetings, conferences and speaking engagements; maintain office and client calendar; coordinate travel arraignments; update and organize membership lists and contacts; prepare client billing, and attorney expenses; open, sort and distribute all inter and intra-office mail and other correspondence; extensive client contact; create and revise documents using Microsoft Office and Excel; and perform general administrative duties including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing; maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system, and support staff in assigned project based work.
