Office & Events Coordinator: Developed, organized, planned and promoted a range of large scale events; Reviewed and sourced the event locations; Arrange security and advise on health and safety issues; Prepared and managed budgets for the event; Ensured adequate staff were available for the event; Created a excel workbook tracking all tasks, assignments, equipment, transportation and responsibilities; Post event tasks, managing evaluation form analysis, thank you emails; Liaise and negotiate with supplier, vendors and external caterers; Assisted with direct marking initiatives and promotional activities; Conducted a follow up analysis of events; Maintained an inventory of facility & equipment used; Built good client and vendor relationships.
