Initiated a project using six sigma tools and methodologies to define, measure, and analyze two separate transportation techniques while using process mapping, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis to determine the differing factors attributed to time, transport, costs, waste, redundancies, additional labor, and hidden costs. Was successful in acquiring a very large client through in depth analysis, market research, and an understanding of the corporate strategy, which were instrumental in preparing a successful plan to secure the account. Generated proposals for projects in the areas of social responsibility as well as cross merchandising with corporations across different industries.
