Daily Duties at Hiawatha Academies:
I am the only HR professional on this Committee of 6 individuals. I am responsible for providing professional expertise, insight and real-life experience around all HR related subject matters. We assist the board in a making decisions by providing research, data, analysis, and recommendations on a variety of subject matters effecting the organization, including the hiring of senior-level executives, Organizational Effectiveness, Benefits, Compensation, Work-life Issues, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
